I like to see my students develop a passion for music. I know many people want to get better at music but has absolutely no idea where to start. I specialize in teaching you how to be good enough to eventually start teaching yourself how to play the guitar. I am able to teach all genre of music.
My teaching method is based on the classical approach to guitar. Even if you want to play pop, rock, soul, etc. Many guitarists, including top youtuber guitarist Andrew Foy took the classical approach to the guitar. It is the fundamentals! I am sympathetic and I want what is best for the student.
I find out what you need, I watch, I listen. Then we go where you need to go and do what you need to do to get better.
I can teach technique, songwriting, theory lessons, or any style the student prefers. Each lesson will be specifically tailored to a student's individual needs and musical desires. My style is very "goal-oriented," and I will teach students to set short-term goals, medium goals, and then demonstrate to them how reaching the short and medium-term goals leads to accomplishing long-term goals.
I'm a professional musician and educator offering lessons on drum set, guitar (contemporary and classical), as well as music theory tutoring to high school and college students. I start by identifying the student's goals, and develop a personalized curriculum to achieve them.
I am an active musician in guitar, bass, songwriting and performing. I provide beginner and intermediate lessons to students of all ages. I will tailor my approach based on each students' abilities and musical goals. My mission is to make learning music fun, engaging and rewarding.
I have played guitar for about ten years now. I have given lessons to a good ammount of friends. And family. I start from what the student knows and slowly work my way towards scales and chords while maintaining a Pace that the student feels comfortable with. I am very laid back and don't push the student too hard where they wouldn't want to come back, but instead, hard enough for them to enjoy it.
I am used to giving one-on-one lessons, so that's what I provide. I enjoy giving lessons to beginning to intermediate level students who are interested in learning sight-reading and theory in addition to technique. Scale, melody, and chord progression exercises characterize much of an average lesson, along with analysis and performance of a song.
My goal as a teacher is to make you a better musician and not just a better guitar player. I believe the most essential aspect of teaching music is to give students the ability to feel comfortable in any style the wish both through understanding the music by ear and through notation.

Hello! My course is a private tutoring class where we will cover everything from academic procedures of music theory as practiced in Berklee college of music, and my own method of aural training to change your ear. The end goal of this course is to be able to hear the analysis of any given piece so that the student may replicate the compositional characteristic of any music.
My main teaching methodology is to teach my students exactly what they want to learn while keeping them interested in what they are doing
