I like to base my coaching around what the athlete already does well. I coach both the spin and glide technique, and try to determine with feedback from the athlete which technique best suits them. From there, I establish a foundation through strength training and basic skills and techniques until sessions are about fine tuning the details rather than major instruction.
I've worked in higher education for over 10 years, now making the jump to secondary school. I like to make lessons dynamic and with a real-life application. Every year is reflective as I have strengthened my practice. I have found myself looking for ways to better engage my students and examining the way I assess my students to monitor growth with the common core standards.
Sports is a balance of physical and mental strength and I know how to make both better. A player gives a remarkable performance only with a combination of both mental and physical strength. So dont just be physically strong, but technically strong.
My teaching method will be full and fully practical so which make students to learn the game easily and win
My coaching methods are to listen to what the athlete wants to accomplish and where they want to be and put them in a position to achieve that. I have learned many of my drills from my former coaches, which include several team Canada coaches.
