In my yoga classes, I am attached to several points: - the respect of oneself and one's capacities of the moment, one's energy; - attention to breathing, awareness of movement; - the precision of the postures and sequences, the anatomy of the body is important and a good realization of the postures allows a deep work of stretching, musculation and relaxation.
In Yoga teaching, basically two types it's Hatha and Vinyasa classes. Hatha classes includes more of holding the postures than movements while exhaling and inhaling whereas Vinyasa classes are the reverse. In addition breathing technique called Pranayam is also included which is structured usually at the end of each class.
Both yoga and Buddhism developed in India, and they have a lot of overlap. I teach hatha yoga and the practice of mindfulness in the classes so that it can make you more flexible and reduce stress, it can also make your body strong.
