The regular practice of Hatha Yoga promotes flexibility, concentration and love. As for people with reduced mobility, little by little they improve their quality of life, regaining control over the body and greater fluency of thought.
The lessons, lasting one hour, start with a moment of centering, and concentration followed by the practice of asanas, then ending with the final relaxation. We bring our attention to the actions we take to achieve a state of equilibrium.
Yoga teacher, trained in Hatha Yoga and Yogatherapy. Today he lives in Morro da Baleia in Alto Paraíso de Goiás, in the Chapada dos Veadeiros. He studied parapsychology, hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming. It uses all his knowledge directed to the practice of Yoga, for a better personal development and self-knowledge of its students.
My method of teaching is in the image of my personal practice which puts forward the total respect of the physical body and the psychic state. The conscious breathing, the movements and the postures of Hatha are so many ways of connecting with the body to feel the points of energy blockage finally to disengage them gradually and smoothly.
My classes are based on embodied bio-mechanics and can range from gentle, slow Yin-style meditations to more heat-producing Vinyasa Flows, and everywhere in-between! Sequences are inspired by the season, time of day, energy of the student, and phase of the moon.
My teaching style is Hatha based. I was fortunate to study privately with my teacher whom studied in India for 30 years - 15 year with B.K.S Iyengar of Iyengar yoga and for another 15 years with K.Pattabhi Jois creator of Ashtanga yoga. These are my influences. My teaching style is professional and focused. I take a more serious approach to health and wellbeing, but a few laughs never go astray.
My teaching method is flexible, what I mean here is I have my own session plan each time before the class, but the sequence can be changed if there is any special needs from the students, such as if the majority of the class want to have more hip opener practice today, then hip opening postures will be added in more if there is not enough in my plan.
I am Aimara, I studied medicine for 4 years and for personal reasons I had to freeze my career. I decided to dedicate myself to helping everyone who can through yoga and certify me as a teacher. My idea is to expand the practice of yoga around the world, if you need to calm your mind yoga is for me the best option, because with the mind in full calm is that we are able to create.
My students come from all walks of life. And I have realised over the year that the practice has to fit the student, not the other way around. So working with me is a very personal experience and very specific to your needs and abilities.
I learned yoga "ashtanga" in an Ashram in India face to face with a "baba". The development of the lesson consists of the practices of the asanas and of the small philosophical notions of ashtanga yoga. Furthermore, it will be necessary to deepen the theories on meditation, pranayama, mudra and Mantra.

I give the most authentic experience of yoga as possible by introducing the 12 dimensions of yoga (Mudras, Pranayama, Bandhas, Japas, Visualizations, etc.). I have been taught directly from an Avatar and enlightened Master as per Hinduism, in Bangalore, India.
My teaching is very movement focused: using physical postures and dynamics to take you deeper into your body to get out of your head. I use mindful and sometimes playful movement to help you find connection to and joy in their bodies through the strength and mobility that you develop in your practice.
Based on the Iyengar tradition, Satyananda and tantra. Respecting the principles of alignment and the limitations of each practitioner. My classes are integral yoga where the student learns all aspects of Yoga. Each class is designed in an individual way. 10 years of practice and 4 years of teaching experience. 3 years living in India, receiving and teaching classes in the north and south of India.
I teach with a relaxed, calm approach. Students are able to move with their intuition, following my guidance and cues. I teach both relaxing and energizing classes/yin and vinyasa. I teach according to the energy I feel. No set postures.
I have a wide variety of teaching styles. I love to teach Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga. Flow is a form of practice that is breath lead, is challenging for the body and is form of moving meditation. Restorative is a passive practice that allows your nervous system to rest and recharge. All of my classes are taught with guided intention.
My classes are focused on correct alignment of Yoga poses, with an emphasis on safety and awareness. I structure my classes to provide a balance between flexibility and strength; work and surrender; challenge and ease. Students can expect to feel centered, balanced, and relaxed after a class.
Sarah likes to teach strong, powerful flow classes, and restorative yin classes. Balance is key! An emphasis on awareness of breath is a key feature of any class taught by Sarah, and modifying poses in order to encourage healthy alignment and natural breath is a vital aspect of her methodology.
My classes are a mix of energetic postures, stretching, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. For many poses I will offer different variations to suit them to different physical abilities. My classes blend mindfulness with physical movement.
My teaching is based on experiential learning. I teach to all learning modes - visual, oratory and experiential. For example, together, we learn about yoga, yoga styles, yoga practices and techniques. Students are then guided through physical practices of yoga. Different sequencing is introduced theoretically and experientially.
Continue writing Hello .. :) I am Daniele, I am Italian, I am 32 years old and luckily I found yoga about ten years ago, and from there I have never stopped. I started practicing because my back and back hurt and after spending a lot of money on physio, massage, etc, I tried yoga and started to love this discipline.
For 6 years (graduated as a personal trainer) I teach Yoga and Pilates. I have seen the benefits on people I am: reduction of back pain, flexibility, tonifacation, stress reduction ... I offer different types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin-yoga.
My teaching method is to guide students through their practice, not to force anyone or guilt anyone into postures. This practice is for each individual student to find their own strength and comfort. I guide students through a pre-planned set of poses (a sequence), but always allow for modifications and changes through out the class to match how each individual feels in that moment.
