My method varies with student's improvement n my class. Those who are sluggish may need lot of inspiration or motivation. Students hand picked from a group will be assigned to teach others and they will learn things as a responsibility.

Francis is a excellent teacher with a lot of patience in trining pupil up. His teaching is based on his holistic knowledge of the fundamentals of music. His teaching skills goes from beginner to advanced. Let me conclude in telling that he is an encyclopedia of music, a mediator for both Western music and India music.
He is dedicated and sincere. His teachings are headed to mould the student in best possible ways. And Francis always tries to teach his students not to just complete ‘portions’ but to bring the best musician in them. His way of teaching is pleasing and he makes the student to ‘think’ on music not to ‘mug up’ any lesson.
Francis Sir is an excellent teacher because he teaches students the meaning of playing the musical instruments, about how it's not just playing an instrument and showing off to some friends or playing for 1 year then stopping because you think you are really good at it. It's a talent that you cannot lose because it can get you to great heights such as being able to play in front of a crowd with 1 million people. They will like you playing music and that will make you happy. Francis Sir will bring us up to those great heights! #4life

Francis Sir is an amazing teacher of music. He is fully engaged and comes to the level of the student to teach him/her the very basics. His classes are very interesting with short stories and theories. I would recommend him to any of my friends who want to learn music.
Francis sir is opulent in the knowledge of music theory, its history and it’s application. But what makes him a cut above the rest is his dissemination style: sessions can be captivating and one losses track of time. I feel honoured to be under his tutelage.
