I have given lessons to people from different ages/ genders and nationalities. I usually do a students' needs assessment before drafting my lessons. I usually involve my students in classes in order to create a conducive environment for learning and consolidate their self-confidence.
I have been involved in teaching and testing for more than 25 years. I helped most of my students achieve their goal either by reaching the advanced level according to the ACTFL evaluation system or 3+/ 4 level based on the ILR system.
