To achieve workout goals I teach theoretical knowledge in strength training, sports nutrition and bodybuilding. In addition, I offer individual training on the basis of the latest scientific state - even in YOUR gym. I am happy to also offer online coaching via webcam. As a former Bundesliga player I also offer training in table tennis to the league level.
Dieticians I run for 8 years. With growing demand, I started 5 years ago to also give personal training, although it was not planned until 2017 (after graduation oecotrophology). 2 years ago I graduated, I founded in 2015 my business in the field of personal training and nutritional counseling. Whether the goal may be muscle building, fat loss or increase the athletic performance, I set realistic goals and we achieve this together step by step. The greatest successes of my clients are:
- fat reduction of 143 kg to 91 kg and muscle building to 98 kg.
- Fat reduction of 124 kg to 90 kg, improvement in physical education by not participated on 2nd

As an athlete since I was young it was always my goal to be better in what I practice. At that time there was table tennis and today it is weightlifting. After many injuries I had my table tennis career after more than 50 won tournaments quit and started me my physical fitness to devote. The sports books were for me not deep enough, so I decided next to my former study program a coach education to graduate. In the Fitness Trainer B license my knowledge imparted was neither sufficient nor new. So I now busied myself with food and continue with training theory. The physical change that I myself have experienced, were also my friends. The typical and again emerging question "How did you manage that?" led me to change my course of study to oecotrophology to now to answer people with all my knowledge and experience, the question finally. To reach other people their physical goals is not my profession but my calling.
