I am a certified ELA and Mathematics teacher who has been teaching/tutoring students from elementary school level through college/University graduate students in a variety of ELA and mathematical areas over the years. I am primarily a one-on-one come-to-the-home independent contract instructor but I can also train/teach people online as well. My instruction is always highly interactive and shaped by the individual needs of each student.
I have been giving lessons part time from 1986 to 2010. I am now doing this full time from 2010 to the present time. I have taught hundreds of students since I started. My students generally graduate to the next level, achieve diplomas or GEDs, or pass their individual courses.
Rate varies depending on the advanced level of the subject area, the grade level of the student, and the length of travel distance.
