I specialize in training male and female athletes, but do take on general fitness clients. All workouts are well balanced and thorough. Workouts include pre-workout muscle prep, mobility work, dynamic/active stretching, core prep, strength training and flexibility. Depending on the client's goals, I will also work in plyometrics, SAQ and explosive/power exercises.
I have over 10 years coaching experience in multiple sports and as a strength and conditioning specialist. I have coached and trained athletes and individuals of all age groups - from youth to adults, preparing them to achieve weight loss goals, team sport competitions and individual athletic events. I've held strength and conditioning positions with the Temecula Halos youth baseball, San Diego Mesa College football, San Diego Enforcers semi-pro football and San Diego Power Surge Softball. I'm a proud member of the NSCA and NASM, holding certificates in personal training and speed/agility/quickness training.
