My method is all about mindset and one’s mental game. I believe the brain and how a person thinks plays a more important role than genetics or someone’s specific “body type”. I like to focus on positive thinking, organisation, and mindfulness.
I have been swimming for 10 years, coaching for 5 with children and adults of all backgrounds including special needs. Gained knowledge from my father who has a master’s in physical fitness and currently coached at USC. Am here to train serious athletes and help anyone interested in fitness, a healthy lifestyle, and nutrition.
