I base my lessons around what the student is most eager to learn about, whether that is topics they are finding hard or need a further understanding of. I can appreciate that people work in very different learning styles so I aim to adapt to whatever suits the student. I am a keen believer in providing sufficient notes to refer back to, asking as many questions as possible and most importantly, preparing in a manor that will be sufficient to not only understand the material, but prepare you for the exam itself.
I am currently a Philosophy student at Warwick University, studying a broad range of modules from ethics, feminism, mind & reality, ancient philosophy and logic. I have also undertaken further research at my university as well as an EPQ concerning Ideas Of Freedom. I took Philosophy & Ethics at GCSE, AS and Alevel standard and received A* in all my exams. I have helped to tutor several students before at GCSE level and have also received tutoring myself during all my examinations, so I can appreciate how useful having a tutor can be!
