As a coach I work with a wide range of clients using different coaching techniques and tools for example, I use GROW model, TOOLKIT, SPACE model, A-F model, STAR model and many more. I motivate clients and help them in their journey to get to where they want to be and reach their true potential. My coaching sessions provide clarity and focus. I make clients accountable for their actions to ensure they meet their goal. If they are not completing our agreed actions, I explore the reasons. I challenge their limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and explore clients’ values. I have worked with clients on: performance, creativity issues, stress, anxiety, time management, workload issues and career progression, emotional challenges, mental blockers, spirituality and self-development.
