I typically sit down with students prior to any tutoring, as a sort of evaluation or consultation, and I like to understand what they are dealing with. For example, one student I had the privilege of tutoring struggled with Algebra due to her dyslexia. I was able to put the formulas for her course in wording that she could understand, and she was able to bring her grade in the course from a 62% to a 98%. When students seek my help, I try not to help them understand the material, but to figure out why they are not understanding the material and fix the issue - after all, no student is incapable of learning, but it is instead often other factors (such as the mode of instruction) which stop them from fully comprehending the material covered in their courses.
I graduated High School at the age of 16, and I am currently enrolled at IUPUI. Of the students that I have tutored over the past 5 years, more than 20 have been able to turn their grades from D's into A's, as I spend the time approaching the material they are struggling with in different manners, that way I can best understand what suits their mode of learning and find what best helps them to succeed in their courses.
Note: Higher-level Courses (Such as Calculus or another College-level equivalent) will cost $20/hr, with a one-time cost of $80 for 5 hours or $150 for 10 hours. A consultation and evaluation is required prior to tutoring, wherein I will meet individually with the student and determine both financial and educational options. This will not be charged, and will take place in 30-minute free lesson offered.

Great explanations and teaching skills. Kind and works with you and what works for you. Highly recommended if you need help in math.
Noah was one of the smartest, most well-spoken people I knew throughout high school. He was probably the only reason I passed because he is really good at finding the way you learn.
Noah has always been focused on school making stellar grades as well as working. He has a willingness to help anyone he meets and is kindhearted. I highly recommend him to tutor children.
He is hardworking and very thoughtful. We got to know each other through a community game and he was always willing to pick me up if I needed a ride.
