My teaching method consists of learning what my clients are wanting to achieve, what is holding them back from their goals and the deeper, more internal motivation that will help them not only achieve their goals but maintain them and find what individually works best, not just a cookie-cutter approach.
I am a huge believer in learning the proper form on the basics (squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, carry) and finding which exercise variation of each will be ideal for the client. Having an extensive knowledge of one's injury history will be taken into consideration for program design as well. A mobility/flexibility program that correlates with the program will be included along with nutritional guidance that supports the goals and good, healthy energy. Aerobics complement a solid strength training program like an appetizer to a main course. Fitness myths will be busted!
