I'm going to assume that each student knows absolutely nothing at all about music unless otherwise stated. This allows me to approach each lesson from the viewpoint of the student which helps me relate and cater to their needs, musically. I like to teach the way I would like to be taught. This means if a student asks to be taught a song specifically, that's what they're gonna get. Otherwise, we'll start at the beginning and work from there. I base my lesson on how far along the musical path the student has walked.
Just a wholesome rocker from Henryetta, Oklahoma. I have a B.S. in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Creative Media. I moved out to Anaheim with my beautiful wife recently and am just trying to get hustling in this crazy world. I grew up in a very musical household and started on my first instrument (trumpet) in 5th grade. I soon became interested in guitar after watching Brian Setzer on YouTube and the rest is history. I've been learning and playing guitar, ukulele, bass, drums, etc. since 2009, trumpet since 2005, and piano since 2014.
