During the first session we get to know each other and set goals. We will start and end each session with a centering exercise, as well as checking in often during our time together. Our goal isn’t to eliminate stress, it’s learning how to grow from it.
I recently graduated with my degree in psychology and am pursuing a masters degree in social work! Having anxiety myself, I know how much it can mean to have someone to empathize and come up with a plan - that’s what I’m here to help with.
