« I needed help in a government class, and I had to find someone to guide me quick. I needed to use the theories I had studied and to create a strategy for one of my term papers. I knew Alia and I also knew how good she is as a student. I told her how stressed I was about the paper and she offered to help me. She looked over the material I had and quickly explained it to me, helped me find ideas and build a strategy. I am not good with words, and she helped me with that as well. She made better use of my material than I did and taught me how to focus on creating. I can only recommend her with all my heart, she saved me! She is very focused, very serious, hard working and ambitious, but also very creative. She is able to write essays on the spot, to come up with ideas about any topic, and helps you use your own brain to do so. I truly recommend her. James »

Student of International Politics and Law - I have deep knowledge of politics worldwide, international relations, law as well as history, philosophy.

Methodology

I can help students with general information, as well as with teaching them how to learn/memorize easily the needed information. As I always have to read and write for my studies, one of my main strengths consists in my writing skills, as well as in synthesizing, therefore I can easily help one with essay structures, with information for essays , exams, tests etc.

Background

I am a senior student who majors in Integrative Studies - a program which focuses on International Politics and Law (U.S. as well as International Law). I had finished high school in Europe, where I had taken the Romanian National Baccalaureate with very good grades, in (among others) history, as well as in logical theories (derived from philosophy and math). I have been having a strong passion for history and philosophy in general, and gained a more recent passion for my current studies. I have a strong interest for, and knowledge in political theories, international relations, history of politics, geopolitics, theories of war and conflict, history of wars, history of philosophy etc. One of my main focuses goes onto human rights and international law and I will soon finish an independent research in this field.

I met Alia a while ago at school; she was my classmate in my Philosophy class (history of philosophy, with focus on philosophy of politics and literature). I was struggling a lot with the material, and the exams seemed so hard. She tutored me for a few hours, she explained everything to me in a clear way, and I learned how to actually study the material (I even began to see it as interesting). She is so passionate about this field of studies, and knows so much about it. Aside from everything mentioned, she is very smart, serious and is an amazing tutor. She has a lot of patience and wants to help everyone. I was not the only one to be helped by her in that class, but I know for sure that I had passed it with her help.

Hi,
What I’d have to say about Alia is that although she is still very young, she is among the best tutors I have encountered. At only 21, she is among the few to be a perfectionist and very ambitious. She combines a few essential traits: she has deep knowledge in the field, has a pedagogical talent (in that she understands people very well and knows how to help them), and has a lot of empathy with anyone she is tutoring/helping. She has helped me in passing the IELTS as well as the TOEFL exams. I highly recommend her.

Hello,

My name is Yaren Ruken, and I am a student in Romania. Having known Alia for many years now, I can assure you that her passion to learn and to help others will do wonders. Being of Turkish origins, I struggled learning a different language once I came to Europe. I changed different schools, where I had to adapt to both Romanian and English. Alia’s patience, understanding and ways of teaching have greatly helped me develop my language skills in two very different languages. Understanding the grammar rules and improving my vocabulary and writing have been some of the toughest goals to reach but with her help and support I was able to overcome these difficulties. She is calm and friendly, but serious and also very professional. I highly recommend her as a tutor!

Dear Superprof USA,

My name is Yigit Coskun and I am glad that I am given the chance to recommend Alia Jawad as an English Tutor. I have met her years ago, when I first moved to Washington DC. My English was poor, but my dream was to study in an American university. While often times I thought that I had no chance to develop my English skills at the required level, nowadays I am happy to say that I am a sophomore student at Texas Wesleyan University. Alia had the will and the ambition to help me and push me forward. Her skills, her seriousness, as well as her understanding and patience have helped me get where I am today. I am sure that she will contribute in a great way to your team!

Sincerely,

Yigit

Armaan

Hello,

My name is Armaan Işli. I have recently graduated high school, and have been admitted in a university in Europe. Alia has helped me for a long time with Romanian, English as well as with French. I have succeeded in all languages; and it is through Alia's skills and help that I have done so.
I am happy that she has the chance to help others as well. Her knowledge, skills and patience are the her best traits.
