At first, I evaluate the student's level to know exactly where to start and my teaching methodology depends on the student's skill and his/her background. I can teach them from scratch if needed.
Practice is the key, you need to practice over and over in order to improve.
I approach each topic by describing the exercise precisely to make sure the student understand what I expect from him/her to do. I also push my student to do their best and overcome their limits.
I do a lot of baskets/ drills and games.
I have been giving tennis lessons for 2 years now.
I started playing tennis when I was 5, I also played in community college for 2 years and I am trying to transfer to a division next year. I used to teach up to 20 students at any ages and I always had a positive feedback; I also trained them when they had a tournament coming up. I am a hard worker and I like to teach people to boost them to their better level.
All American Honors with my double partner (named 2018 California JUCO All-Americans by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association), all-conference both seasons in both singles and doubles. I was ranked No. 49 in singles in the state as a freshman in 2017 and No. 24 in 2018.
