I approach each individual on an individual basis and start by assessing their current fitness levels and their fitness goals. From there I collaborate with my clients and together we come up with realistic workouts with a realistic time frame in mind to reach their goals.
I have been coaching track and field athletes since graduating high school in terms of strength and conditioning and aerobic fitness. I myself was a collegiate track and field athlete and a strong advocate for physical fitness. Currently I am in my final year as a undergraduate at Indiana University studying Kineseology.
