I base my teaching methodology on student’s ability to learn difficult technical information, retain and apply what they have learned, and archive career goals with success. I have helped many student’s start their careers in IT by passing certification exams in their desired fields.

Instructing all subject matter of Computer Science courses for over 25 years, with 45 years of professional corporate business experience. Have instructed thousands of students at the High School, Undergraduate and Graduate level. Have instructed multiple career IT certification courses, CompTIA A+ and Network +, CISCO Essentials, CCNA, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point, Oracle Database, PL/SQL.

All phased scheduled delivers were executed on time and within allowed budget restraints.

2. June 2002 to April 2003: Vendor Manager UMTS Wireless
Duties involved the daily management of Hardware and Software deliveries for the Commercial and Pre-Commercial UMTS PCMCIA Cards vendors (PCI, Option, Novatel and Qualcomm):
The overall commercial project included over 1,500 personnel internationally. Including both internal and external vendor development and testing, which extended over four different countries, and had a budget over ~200M. All phased scheduled delivers were executed on time and within allowed budget restraints.

3. September 2000 to June 2002: Vendor Manager UMTS Wireless
Duties involved the daily management of Hardware and Software deliveries for the Pre-Commercial UMTS 3G MSC switch from Telos Corporation:

The overall pre-commercial project included over 750 personnel internationally. Including both internal and external vendor development and testing, which extended over four different countries, and had a budget over ~75M! All phased scheduled delivers were executed on time and within allowed budget restraints.

Ran weekly project meetings between Lucent and all vendor parities to resolve technical issues, functional scheduled deliveries and MR resolution!
 Defined and executed initial level 1 acceptance criteria for all Hardware and Software deliveries
 Weekly status review of outstanding issues.
 Commitment dates for functional deliveries
 Complete record of all open and closed technical issues for Modification Request (MR’s)
 Forum to accurately track all open/close MR (modification request), bug fixes.
 Learn and transfer of knowledge of system installs from vendor to internal support.( XML configuration)
 Reduce vendor dependences for system configuration (capture physical data model design of backend Oracle database.)
 Transfer system knowledge for additional internal support
 Add additional support for development/acceptance level 2 and 3 testing

4. October 1999 to September 2000: System Engineering 7RE
Duties involved defining and writing requirement documentation for the OA&M functionality for 7RE system:

The overall commercial project included over 250 personnel nationally. Including both internal and external vendor development and testing, and had a budget over 100M!
 System Engineer responsible for OA&M requirements for retrofit of 7RE network system.
