So here goes my methodology :
I would cover the basic fitness exercises because every sport comes with it's fitness program!
Later, I shall lay down the basic fundamentals and rules.
Slowly, I shall get into intermediate level and proceed further.

I'm presenting my University's badminton captain and have represented in many tournaments and competitions.
I'm not a professional player, yet learnt every trick and shot out of my own passion and determination. I'm keen in helping many more individuals to be fit and active!
