My training is focused on getting each individual to perform to the best of physical ability. We are all limited by genetics but I strive to reach your maximal potential.
We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to capitalize on your current strengths while turning your weakness in to strengths.
Each individual has and will train at their appropriate training age. A freshman in HS that has been training hard since they were 9yo can withstand a higher level of stress and difficulty than a HS senior just starting a workout. So workouts will be based off of your level.
I sprinting and lifting from my father who was an Olympic official and a US team coach. He was 3rd in the world in the 100m and a multiple national pentathlon champion for a 10 year period! He coached an athlete to break a world record as well as another athlete to an NCAA championship. He was on the founding comity the created coaching education and certification for track and field. I learned everything from him and then have used all the new date and training techniques as well as created many of my own to produce what I believe as the best athletes.
I am an ex USA Track and Field 400m sprinter that was ranked 13th in the world at my best. I hold several state records in Arizona as well as in indoor age world record in the 800m. I have coached high school athletes to become state champions as well as collegiate athletes to place well at the national championships. After track I took up Crossfit training/coaching and have continued to learn and study the most effective and up to date methods of training.
