I like to base my classes on what my students want to learn. I like to start your first lesson by listening to you sing and seeing what I think you can benefit from working on, and then also going over your own musical goals and dreams. Then I go over what you hope to gain from these lessons. And with that I'm able to come up with a teaching curriculum that mixes your own goals, along with what I believe you can benefit from, while still maintaining to have fun and show you the joy that music can be. But overall, these are your vocal lessons. Whatever you want to work on is what we'll be working on.
I have been studying music for over 15 years. My father is a music teacher as well and owns his own music school so I've been learning music since I was born! In high school I was in 6 different choirs over my four years, and after high school I studied at Musician's Institute in Vocal Performance. I have performed myself as a singer in over 100 live performances, and worked with a Grammy nominated producer as well. I have had over 15 vocal coaches myself, so I have the unique advantage of seeing many of the different techniques used by other coaches. I now give vocal lessons myself, all ages, and have been teaching for about 6 years.
All lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
