My teaching method is applying theory to practice. Without the fundamentals of both, I believe that teaching a subject won't have as much depth. When teaching a new student computer science, I choose to try and teach them the concepts of programming rather than the focusing on things like correct syntax placement, so often times I won't have them use a real compiler for the first couple of lessons. And instead, I myself am the compiler.
I am a web/software developer. I went to school for my computer science degree at Columbia College, California. I taught as a summer school teacher for children ages 6-10, as well as developed complex CRUD applications for the San Joaquin Superior Court of California.
